Frost each of the cupcakes in with white then decorate as desired. For the famous tie die effect paint each of the cupcakes different colors that will represent tie die.
Finally a great 60’s retro cupcake would be to create a tie dye cupcake. These are a little more complicated but, just as fun to make. To begin, bake and cool the cupcakes. Once cool take food coloring of different colors and poke them into different areas of the cupcake and squeeze a few drops. Once complete then frost and sprinkle colored confetti sugar onto the top for the final top tie dye effect. All of these 60’s retro cupcakes will surely be a big hit at any party.
