Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe

12 Ounces of semi sweet chocolate bark squares
6 Ounces of white chocolate bark squares
3 Tablespoons of butter
2 Tablespoons of milk
1 Quart of strawberries
Wash the strawberries in cool water. Melt the semi sweet chocolate bark and 2 tablespoons of butter in a double boiler. In a separate double boiler pan, melt the white chocolate bark and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add one table spoon of milk to each of the melted chocolates. Put the white chocolate in a decorating bag with a small line tip. Dip the strawberries in the semi sweet chocolate. Put the rest of the semi sweet chocolate in a decorating bag with another small line tip. Put a triangle of white chocolate on the front of each strawberry. Fill the triangle in. Use the remaining semi sweet chocolate to make bow ties and buttons on the front of the white chocolate. When you are finished the strawberries will look like they are wearing a tux.
