Tasty 'Rella Balls
When you get together with the guys for that all important Beer Party, you'll want to set out a few appetizers. These Tasty 'Rella Balls are some easy pick ups that you can put right next to the fire wings in a place of honor. Small, cherry-sized balls of cow's milk mozzarella,
packed in sealed plastic containers are available in
the dairy section of many supermarkets or speciality
stores.
1/2 medium lemon
1 medium garlic clove
2 tbl snipped fresh chives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp hot red-pepper flakes
9 ounces fresh mozzarella "cherries" or fresh
mozzarrella
15 thin prosciutto slices (6 ounces)
If you can find Parma it's
worth the extra money.
1 medium bunch dill
Squeeze lemon juice into a medium bowl. Peel and
crush garlic and put it into the bowl along with the
chives, olive oil, and red-pepper flakes. Drain and
add cheese "cherries" or cut mozzarella into 3/4-
inch cubes and add to the mixture. Marinate at room
temperature at least 2 hours. (Can cover and
refrigerate overnight). Cut prosciutto slices in
half lengthwise. Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around
each piece of cheese and 1 small sprig of dill.
Secure with a toothpick and serve. These are sooo cute. I could just pop them into my mouth forever and ever!

To have a Beer Party, start by stocking up lots of different kinds of beer and chilling it. Beer Party can be your main theme but it is possible for you to have a sub theme like a Mardi gras, Hawaiian, or a Casino Night. Let your guests know on the invites what type of Beer Party they will be attending and decorate your party house accordingly. Rent foam or insulated container for your beer and have cans as well. What goes good with beer? Try lots of snack foods to begin with like chips and dips, nuts and then appetizers like pot stickers, won tons, chicken wings, pizza, quiche, and then have some hardier foods like burgers, and hot dogs. For games "bobbing for beers" using plastic cans, relay races with egg on the spoon, pass the orange without the hands are a few good ones. Finish with desserts that everyone will love like cup cakes, cookies, fudge brownies, and chocolates
