Being that Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch, it is a fun and easy party to plan. Whether you want to go with a formal invite or just an email or phone call, your friends will be delighted to have been invited to such a delicious party. The entertainment will be the food and the conversation. Play beautiful soothing music like Ella Fitzgerald’s "The best of The Songbooks" or Diana Krall's "When I look in Your Eyes." Set a beautiful table with your finest crystal and china (might as well use it) and fresh flowers for your centerpiece. You could serve from any of the following: French toast, Waffles, Pancakes, Quiche, Omelets, Soufflés, Eggs Benedict, or Smoked Salmon. Serve with bagels, rolls, biscuits, muffins, and various toasts. For the beverages they can range from: Bloody Marys, Mimosa Cocktails, Sangria, and Mint Juleps and of course, the usual tea, coffee and juices.
