A Cat in the hat Party will be a hit with all the children. Your party plan should include Cat in the Hat invitations that could be made in the shape of a large stovepipe Hat. To decorate, find play umbrellas and hang them open from the ceiling or place on the tables. Children could come dressed as their favorite Dr. Seuss character: The Cat, The Fish, Horton or Sam. One fun game could be, pin the hat on the cat or musical chairs with all the kids wearing their stovepipe hats. The food of course must include green eggs and ham and green cupcakes with red, white, blue and yellow sprinkles.
