Chanukah Party Supplies
Chanukah Party Supplies
For an interesting twist with party themes take the Chanukah
Party Supplies mixed with another theme creating a unique
event. Chanukah, is also known as Hanukkah. Try playing traditional Chanukah games. A popular game at this time of year is the Dreidel game of chance. Let the kids play with candy instead of money so major fights don't pop up. Why not have an indoor bbq at this holiday with picnic decorations and potted plants to remind people of the warm weather. You can decorate in the traditional blue and white colors. Make your Holiday
party original!

Olive's Capers in a Spread
This great party dip is fun for any event, not just Chanukah. It's a tasty and easy dish to make up. Plus, it really adds some unique flavor to the buffet table.

3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp drained capers
2 garlic cloves, minced
Puree olives with oil, basil, capers and garlic
in processor. Transfer to bowl. Can be prepared 4

Chanukah is the perfect time to celebrate with a party. Start with your invitations which will reflect the Chanukah candles or even a Star of David. Let your guests know that they need only bring one present not 8. Decorate with lots of blue and white balloons, streamers, menorahs, stars of David, Dreidels and Happy Chanukah signs. When trying to think of how to entertain your guests include some of these favorites: the most popular game will be spin the Dreidel, and then try sing along songs, how about telling some Jewish jokes and then have a Chanukah Hunt where you hide Chanukah related items around the party house and have your guests search for them. Prices for these games and activities could be items related to Chanukah such as dreidels etc. The number one Chanukah food would be Latkes with applesauce and sour cream. Some people also serve the traditional Brisket and of course, bagels with cream cheese and lox. A fun activity for the kids might be to have them make cookies then cut them out in the shape of dreidels, and stars of David. They can decorate these with white and blue icing and put the same colored sprinkles.
