Everybody loves a Christmas Party. Even though this time of year is a busy one for everyone, having a Christmas Party will be fun and exciting. A well layed out plan is the key to success. Send out your invitations in plenty of time to get back your responses. You could use any symbol of Christmas on these like: poinsettias, Christmas trees, Santa Claus, or decorations. Plan your party several weeks before Christmas, that way you will have time to do your baking and planning. Decorate the tree and put lots of Christmassy things around the house like: mistletoe, holly, candles, Santa clauses, centerpieces, and garland. Some fun games and activities could include: bean bag toss, inflate reindeer toss, and guess the candies in the bowl, word scramble to name a few. Prizes could be any Christmas: a tree decoration, some candy, a wrapped present etc. Treats around the room at this time of year will include: nuts, candies, cookies, chocolates but the real food will include a Ham or Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings including: stuffing, potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, yams, salads, vegetables, and for dessert, pumpkin, apple and various other pies. Other delights that symbolize the Christmas tradition are: plum pudding, fruit cake, and shortbread cookies. Gift exchanging will be the highlight of this party.
