Ask everyone to put a paper bag on their head, and tell them not to peek, or say anything. Then, ask everyone to take something off that they don't need. Most people will think an item of clothing, watch, or something of the like. They won't think of the bag. One by one, game players may figure out the game, and remove the bag. Remind everyone this is a silent game, and no one can say or do anything to make any noise. The trick to this silly Congratulations Party game is to let things go as long as the caller dares, but of course not so far that people are upset, hurt or embarrassed.
