Take one of these quarters and press it into a teardrop shape to create the tongue. Be sure that you press a knife into the center of your teardrop and pinch one end to form the crease of the tongue.
Next take some of your vanilla frosting and place into a reseal able bag and cut a thin hole in the bottom corner of the bag. Starting along the edge of your cupcake begin to make the rows of your dog cupcake fur. Once done with this task you can assemble the ears and tongue. Place a small amount of frosting around the ears and tongue being careful not to get any on either spot. Add two of the mini M&M’s for the eyes, and, a black jelly bean for the nose.
