Artichoke Dip Recipe

Artichoke dip is easy to make with the following recipe, and the main two ingredients can be found in your garden
1 Cup of fresh chopped artichoke heart
½ cup of fresh spinach
8 ounces of cream cheese
½ Cup of grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
Dash of ground black pepper
Boil the artichoke heart and spinach until tender, and then drain. Heat the cream cheese over medium heat until hot. Add the artichoke and spinach to the cream cheese and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients to the cream cheese and mix well. Serve hot.
You can also put the mixture into an oven safe container and bake at 350 just until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Artichoke dip goes will with crackers, chips, or toasted bread. Your guests are sure to enjoy the wonderful appetizer. You will be thankful that they Earth was able to provide you with something that you could share with your friends.
