2 Cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp grated orange rind
3/4 cup cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup currants
1 egg

Mix all together and pat into a 6 inch round baking pan. Cut into quarters. Bake at 350F about 25 minutes.
