Finding Nemo Recipes
Tuna Surprise It's not a surprise that this Tuna Surprise is such a hit. Even the littlest fishes that come to your Finding Nemo party will gnosh on this filling meal. Make sure you serve it before the movie! 500g cooked tuna fillet 1/2 tsp ground pepper 1/2 tsp Liebstoeckl 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp rue 150g dates (without stones) 1 tblsp honey 4 hard boiled eggs (in quarters) 50ml white wine 2 tblsp wine vinegar 50ml Defritum 2-3 tblsp green olive oil Cook tuna fillet. Mesh fillet together with dates, honey, wine, vinegar, Defritum and oil. Put mass into a bowl and garnish with egg quarters. Serve. You wouldn't think that honey would be good with tuna, but this dish was surprisingly good. I had a hard time finding the 'Liebstoeckl' though, and leave it out when making. |

Finding Nemo is the perfect party for the children in your life. Easy to plan as everything from the invitations to the decorations to the party favors will be "Nemo" theme. Colored paper fish will make the perfect mobiles around the room. A treasure hunt where everyone has to find Nemo would be a great game for this party. Be sure to have lots of treats and make sure one of them is Cheddar Cheese Gold Fish. Ha! A cake shaped like a fish would be fun and maybe you could have it decorated to be the likeness Nemo.
