If you are going to have Fraternity Party make sure that you keep the guests moving, laughing and entertained. You probably won't need to do invite as it will be verbal, but if you decide to go more formal, put the Fraternity's logo on the cards and BYOB if necessary. There will be music, there will be dancing and there will be a lot of beer drinking so be sure to have good food on hand to absorb the alcohol. May we suggest a buffet table with cheese and crackers, popcorn, chips and dips but also a little heavier food like bread, biscuits with deli meats? Buffalo wings are always popular with the college crowd as well as hamburgers, tacos, and dogs. Don't forget the vegetarians and add a salad bar.
