In the great state of Texas, a good choice would be to have Texas Chili for the guest to eat watching the Houston Texans. The final step is to return all meat to the dutch oven, adding tomatoes, broth, water and oregano. Once broiling, reduce to simmer leaving uncovered for about 1 ½ hours before serving.
