Cake So Easy it's Magic You'll be surprised how easy this cake is to make up. Just mix all the ingredients together and pop it into the oven. This cake is so easy its magic. 1 lb. raisins 2 cups sugar 3 cups water 4 Tbsp shortening 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp cinnamon 4 cups flour 1 cup chopped nuts Cook for 10 minutes the raisins, sugar and water. Add the shortening and let cool. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. I also like to add a few chocolate chips to this recipe for some gooey goodness. |

Whether your Magic Party is for kids or adults it will be a blast. Invitations could be in the shape of a top hat or white rabbit, or written on playing cards. This is one of the few parties that need a professional entertainer. Decorate with bright balloons and streamers, silver and gold confetti, and magic props (hats, scarves, cards, boxes, and handcuffs).
