Whether your Magic Party is for kids or adults it will be a blast. Invitations could be in the shape of a top hat or white rabbit, or written on playing cards. This is one of the few parties that need a professional entertainer. Decorate with bright balloons and streamers, silver and gold confetti, and magic props (hats, scarves, cards, boxes, and handcuffs). Fun activities might include magic wands (attach ribbon and stickers to plastic or wooden rods), face painting, scratch art paper and shrinky dink). For the adults, watching an artful magician will be enough fun. And now for the refreshments. Kids love animal crackers, cheese cubes, seedless grapes, popcorn, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cupcakes with sprinkles, and sherbet floats. The Adult Magic Party food would be more like a buffet with lots of choices, of meats, salads, lasagna, spaghetti and potatoes. Don't forget the desserts. A chocolate fountain would be perfect so guests can dip strawberries or other delicious treats.
