Man Burgers If you want a burger that won't fall apart when you eat it, this is your meat. Next time you head to a Motorcycle Rally try grilling up these patties and you'll see what we mean. A burger that doesn't hold it's own is just no good to anyone! 1 lb ground round or sirloin (or hamburger) 1 egg 1 Tbsp L&P or A1 type sauce (or your fav.) 1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup chopped onion (opt.) 1 tsp garlic powder (opt.) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well. The ground meat should be very finely divided so that when you make the patties they are very dense. This is what keeps them from falling apart on the grill. I make these burgers up in big batches and store the extra in the freezer. So, I can just take one or two out at a time to fry up. Boy, they are good. |

Motorcycle Rallies have been going on in this country for over 50 years. Feeding them is important as we don't want them to get too drunk. Barbequed chicken, meat, salads, chili, corn on the cob, and lots of breads, would make a great start to this party.
