My Little Pony Theme Party. For this My Little Pony recipe you will need: 2 cups flour, 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 6 ounces softened butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 1/4 cups milk, 8 oz melted white chocolate, pink coloring. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat the butter until smooth and then add in the sugar and beat until fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla and then beat in the dry ingredients. Slowly add the milk split in two amounts. Add in the melted white chocolate and beat just until fully mixed. Add the pink coloring and mix thoroughly. Full paper-lined muffin tins until about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes and then cool on a wire rack before frosting.
