Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl until the are well blended
3. Place cupcake papers into the cupcake pan areas and fill up with cupcake batter about 2/3 of the way full.
4. Cook 20-25 minutes
5. When finished cooking, let cool before frosting
