Ingredients:

1 1/2 Tbsp.- Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp.- seasoning salt
1/2 cup - breadcrumbs (seasoned)
2 Tbsp. - dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp.- ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. - dried parsley flakes
2 tsp.- granulated garlic
3 - large eggs
3 lb. - 95% lean ground beef

Instructions:

Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and shape the mixture into whatever size burger patties you prefer and refrigerate.

Preheat the grill on a high heat and then place the burgers onto the grill about ½ inches apart, or more.

Turn the patties after about two minutes on the grill. This will be about the time when the patties have loosened from the grill. Turn the patties as necessary until they are cooked to your preference. Be sure not to press down on the burgers, as they will lose their juiciness.

Tip: Turning the burgers about ¼ turn while you cook them will create a wonderful looking grill design on the burger.
