The following ingredients will make a great Raspberry Soufflé: 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, 4 vanilla beans(this depends on the number of guests you have and the number of Raspberry Soufflés that are making), 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 6 eggs( you will need to separate the egg from the yolks and will be using both parts) and1 cup of raspberries(pureed and seedless preferred). Preheat your oven to 400° for about twenty minutes prior to baking. Then three cups of flour, one cup of chopped nuts, two cups of squashed bananas, one teaspoons of baking soda, one teaspoons of cinnamon, eight ounce can of pineapples, two cups of sugar, one cup of cooking oil, two teaspoons of vanilla and three eggs. First of all, preheat your oven to 350° preheat oven 20 minutes before baking. Then in a saucepan heat ½ cup sugar, 1 cup of milk and the vanilla beans until it begins to scald. Next, you will need to mix ½ cup sugar, egg yolks and cornstarch in a bowl. At the point, add about half of the hot milk mixture and stir vigorously. Then add the egg mixture in with the milk mixture and stir it until it becomes very thick. At this point, remove the vanilla bean (1 teaspoon of vanilla can be used if desired). Next you will need to add the raspberry to the egg mixture and continue stirring. This mixture is then placed in the refrigerator to chill. Place the egg whites in a bowl and using a mixer, mix until soft peaks are formed. Then slowly add sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla then continue mixing until the peaks become stiff. Then mix 1/3 cup of the raspberry mixture into the whipped egg whites. This combination is then poured into the soufflé bowls which have been buttered and had sugar sprinkled on them to prevent sticking. Finally, place these on a baking dish and bake for approximately twenty minutes. This tasty Raspberry Soufflé will be the perfect addition to your Red Hat party.
