Groovy Greek Pitas Make your Seventies party a hit with some Groovy Greek Pitas. Pitas are fun and filled with fresh treats like Feta Cheese and veggies. Your guests will almost certainly remember the days when things like Pitas and salad bars starting to become popular at parties! Green Leaf lettuce 4 oz Gruyere cut into small pieces some sliced black olives 4 scallions sliced thinly 4 pita bread Mix together everything except the pitas. Toss with the dressing and serve in the pitas. Basic Basalmic Vinegrette: 1/4 C Basalmic Vinegar 1/2 C Olive Oil 2 garlic cloves sliced thinly Whisk ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes before using. Remove garlic before using. Mom introduced me to Pitas as a kid and now I'm just a big fan. These are great for packed lunches. |

Send invitations with the 70's theme on them like a "Disco Ball" or a "John Travolta" type Dancer. Be sure to have the "Disco Ball" in the dance room of your party house.
