Ingredients:
1 egg
¾ cup of milk
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
How to Prepare:
Beat the egg in a dish, stir in the milk and vegetable oil, add flour, baking powder and salt, then add blueberries. Then pour the mixture into 12 muffin tins and cook it in an oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
This easy to make delight could be prepared at the party as a joint effort between parents and kids; or the kids could make them on their own, then enjoy them as they watch episodes of the classic "Smurfs" Saturday morning TV show. Either way, these fresh blueberry muffins are a "Smurfy" delight!
