Spa parties are becoming one of the more popular ideas for hosting a bridal, or baby shower or just a girls nite out. You can do this at either a persons home or a local spa. Check ahead to see if they can accomodate the number of guests expected or if it is a larger party, have it in your home and have the spa come to you with massage therapists et all. This is far more fun than who crossed their legs and who has the most clothepegs. Invite your guest to "an experience of a life time." Decorate with candles, flowers, and scents everywhere. Have soft relaxing music playing. Offer your guests different services such as: pedicures, manicures, full body massages, or just neck, feet or hand massages. Pitchers of ice water with chilled cucumbers in them will add to the Spa feeling plus have available, iced teas and juices. Make up small gift bags with different samples of skin care products and soaps as party favors.. Keep it healthy with the food and serve: salads, fruits, veggies, and small sandwiches. Splurge on dessert with tiny fruit pastries and cup cakes with sprinkles on them.
