Healthful Fruit Dip It's definitely become the 'in' thing to throw Spa parties for the gals these days. However, even while relaxing your friends can work up an appetite. You don't want to serve unhealthy food at that Spa event, so opt to give your best buds this yummy and Healthful Fruit Dip with fresh pieces of fruit. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. lemon yogurt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. coconut, toasted 3 tbl. milk In a small mixer bowl beat together the cream cheese, lemon yogurt, honey, and vanilla till smooth. Stir in the coconut and milk. Turn into serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator till cold. Serve with slices of fresh fruit. If you are a person who likes to dip things like chips or crackers and veggies, I know you'll enjoy dipping fruit slices in this sweet fruit dip. |
