Spongebob Party Supplies
For an interesting twist with party themes take the Spongebob
Party Supplies mixed with another theme creating a unique
event. Having a lobsterfest soon? Make your Lobsterfest fun for the kids by bringing in Spongebob. As a joke buy a bunch of cheap yellow sponges and give them out as party favors. Add 'Krabbie Patties' to the menu made from crab meat and for those who don't like seafood make them 'sea-nut butter' and 'jelly-fish' sandwiches with peanut butter and grape jelly. Pass out bubbles for guests to create an under-the-sea feel. Make your Birthday
party original!

Spongy Turkish Delights
This classic dish from the UK will make a hit at your Spongebob party. Turkish Delights are made with gelatin so they are just a little bit 'spongy' when eaten.
2 cups (1/2 liter) granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups (300 ml) water
1 lemon, the peel cut into strips, the juice squeezed and strained
1 orange, the peel cut into strips, the juice squeezed and strained
4 tablespoons (60 ml) unflavoured powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons (30 ml) confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) cornstarch
Dissolve the granulated sugar in half of the water over medium heat. Add the strips of lemon and orange peel and the juices. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Soften the gelatin by soaking it for 5 to 10 minutes in the rest of the water. Add the gelatin to the sugar syrup stirring well, and boil for 10 minutes, until the syrup reaches the thread stage.
Strain the mixture into shallow dampened pan or onto platters, and let it set for 24 hours. Cut the candy into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) squares. Sift the confectioners' sugar and cornstarch together into a shallow dish. Roll the pieces of candy in the mixture. Store the squares in boxes with more confectioners' sugar and cornstarch between each layer.
When I'm feeling a little 'british' I like to make up this candy recipe and watch Agatha Christie Movies. It's also good for Christmas time.

Having a Spongebob Squarepants Party will be loads of fun. Kids love this character and his sidekicks so planning this party will be a blast. Your invites could be in the shape of Pineapples or Starfish and say something like "I'm ready, I’m ready. I ready to celebrate my .................... party. You could get a large appliance box and make it look like Spongebob's Pineapple house and let the kids climb in and out of it. Hang blue streamers and have lots of starfish, shells, octopus and crabs around the house to create the right atmosphere. There are many different games to play for this party. Everyone knows how Spongebpb like to blow bubbles so have a bubble-blowing contest with prizes for biggest, longest lasting, most, and smallest bubble. You could also play "Pin the Pants on Spongebob". To end the party, why not have an edible Sand Pail Cake. Use a new plastic sand pail and fill it alternately with 1-inch squares of cake and butterscotch pudding. Sprinkle crushed cookie sand and top with shell crab and starfish toys. Serve with a plastic shovel.
