If it comes out clean, the cakes are ready!
To prepare the perfect frosting for the Sugar and Spice cupcakes, mix egg white, butter, salt and sugar in a bowl and beat the mixture until fluffy. Spread the frosting evenly on each of the cupcakes and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon powder on the frosting. Top the cupcakes with a cherry, raspberry or strawberry for the final garnishing. The delicious spicy and sugary cupcakes are ready to serve. Certainly the guests would simply love the unique flavor in this classic desert!
