Wouldn't your little girl love a Sugar and Spice Party? We all know the old rhyme about little girls being made of sugar and spice and everything nice. Start with your invites which can be pretty in pink and with girly pictures on them. Decorate with lots of pink toile, streamers, balloons and feather boas. For the boys sparkly bowler hats. Inflatable instruments or even real instruments for the kids to play with like miniature tambourines and maracas will keep them hopping. They can play along with music that you are playing which could be a pre-mixed CD. This could be a dress-up party with the guests wearing their favorite Sugar and Spice costumes and you could give prizes for the best costumes and make sure everyone gets something. You could also have a dance contest and again give prizes for best dancers. Another fun activity could be a scavenger hunt. Take plenty of pictures. A tea party would be the perfect idea for a Sugar and Spice Party. Tiny sandwiches and tiny cupcakes will be the perfect food for a Sugar and Spice tea party.
