Simplest Banana Appetizers

4 firm bananas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups flaked toasted coconut

Peel bananas and cut into medium to large bite-sized slices. Dip each slice in lemon juice and drain off excess. Dip each slice in yogurt and then roll covered banana slice gently in coconut to coat. Place on serving tray. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to two hours before serving. Serve with cocktail toothpicks. If you should decide to have a Survivor Party, plan on having a lot of fun. Start collecting Luau items a few months ahead. Design the party with Survivor party supplies for a cool atmosphere themed.
