BBQ anything is a football favorite! Have some delious game day BBQ at your next Tampa Bay Buccaneers Theme Party. This recipe makes two quarts of BBQ and makes plenty of Tampa Bay Bucs fans extremely happy!

Ingredients:

½ cup – brown sugar
2 lb – cut onions
3 – 12 oz. bottles of pilsner beer
¾ cup – chopped garlic cloves
½ cup – soy sauce
1 tbsp. – rosemary leaves (dried)
6 oz – can of tomato paste
¼ cup – parsley (dried)
2 tbsp. – salt
4 – bay leaves
1 tbsp. – pepper
2 lbs – untrimmed beef bottom round
4 lbs – untrimmed pork shoulder, butt
Instructions:

Note: You can prepare this recipe up to 3 days earlier

1. With the exception of the meat, combine and mix together all the other ingredients. Place the meat in a deep roasting pan and then pour the mixture over the meat. Cover the pan tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 6 hours at 250 degrees.

2. After 6 hours has passed, use a utensil to remove the tender meat from the bone. In a pot on the stove, pour and cook the liquid until it is about half the volume. Shred all the meat in a large bowl. Mixing the soft cooked onions with the meat let it cool and then refrigerate. Do the same with the sauce.

3. Combine the meat and the sauce when you are ready to use it and heat it up in a crock pot.

Note: This can be placed on rolls, taco chips and more.
