Warm some milk in a saucepan and put loose tea leaves in the infuser and set it aside so that the milk is completely saturated with the tea flavor. Mix flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl and blend the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs in another bowl. Now mix the tea flavored milk with the dry mix and finally combine all the mixes together to prepare the smooth and soft batter. Bake the cupcakes for 18 minutes and garnish them with butter cream or any frosting of your choice.
