Easy Shrimp at Work! Another Easy Shrimp recipe for those of you planning on holding a Work party. All you really need to do to prepare these treats is cook the shrimp and wrap it in cooked pea pods. Served up with a tasty sauce, these Easy Shrimp at Work are the perfect portable foods.Steam the peas so they're limp. Boil and peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Wrap each shrimp in a pea pod and skewer with a fancy toothpick to keep it on. Have a couple of dipping sauces. My dad taught me this handy little idea for dressing up shrimp and like he says, you'll also get some veggies into your diet with it! |

A work party could be a party planned at your job or a party for your kids where they choose the profession they want to be and then you plan a party around that theme. For instance, if your son wants to be a Doctor then everything would reflect that theme and the party room could be decorated like an operating room with plastic instruments and dolls as patients. The girls could be nurses or doctors. Have the guests come dressed as medical attendants and give prizes for the best, most authentic, and funniest. Games could include "Pin the Stethoscope on the Doctor", “Patient Piñata" and a treasure hunt for various body parts such as kidneys, hearts, lungs and livers.
